Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

1) Faulty Items

If a product is faulty and the fault has occurred within the product’s warranty period, the faulty product can be returned to QHDC Blickle Australia for a replacement or credit where the item is no longer available. If the product is tested and deemed not faulty by QHDC Blickle Australia the product will be rejected and you will not receive a credit for the goods.

Policy Conditions:

  • To return a product a Goods Return Authority (GRA) must be filled in within the product’s warranty period from the date of sale. This has to be done by either calling or emailing our sales team.
  • The GRA must be returned with the product to verify approval of the return.
  • All components relating to the product must be returned
  • If a credit is provided, products will be credited at the invoiced price.
  • The total value of the return will be credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.

2) Return of Unwanted Items

At QHDC Blickle Australia, we offer returns on all products that you are unable to use or sell as long as they are in original unused condition. Our 90 day returns policy ensures you have ample time to return any unwanted items.

Policy Conditions:

  • The GRA must be made within 60 days from the invoice date.
  • The returned goods MUST be received back in our warehouse within 90 days of the date on the original invoice that the goods were shipped to you on.
  • The products that you are returning must be unused, in mint condition and in the original box and packaging. Products returned in any other condition run the risk of being rejected.
  • Products will be credited at their invoiced price.
  • The total value of the return will be credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.

 

The freight charge for “returned goods” is at your own cost.

3) Shipping Errors

Sometimes accidents happen. If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, we’re sorry! The incorrect product can be returned to QHDC Blickle Australia for a credit and replaced with the correct item.

 Policy Conditions:

  • The GRA request must be made within 7 days from receipt of your order.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original box and packaging. Products not in their original condition run the risk of being rejected.
  • The total value of the return will be credited to your account.
